Hi.  My name is Scott.  I’m a beer geek.  My neighbors call me “The Beer Whisperer” because that’s all I talk about. I’m also a Cicerone Certified Beer Server.

I won’t be doing beer ratings or reviews.  Unless it’s a beer I feel really strongly about.  But honestly, my palate is not nearly as sophisticated as others.  I’ll let the guys on BeerAdvocate and RateBeer tell you that this beer smells like horse blanket and barnyard…me?… I’ll just tell you it’s damn good.

I’m hoping to make this blog something different.  I will write about beer events, beer news, beer in Colorado, beer in society, and…well…beer. But how I plan to make this different is by adding a healthy does of perspective. My perspective.
